Concrete Driveway Co. is a rebrand of Madewell Concrete. Keep that in mind. Because Alex claims he is the VP but he has been with this company for years and years. Next we’ll see his professional stuff and his personal stuff will be added below.

So Adame Dare was the original signer for Madewell Concrete. About 30 addresses in various states are tied to him, numbers, and more. And yet, the only person with an actual public account attached to this is Alex Dalpiaz. It raises questions about the role of Adam Dare in the company. Let’s look into Concrete Driveway Co.

Looks like people are publicly accusing Alex Dalpiaz when he was an “employee” at Madewell Concrete of stealing from contractors and handles clients personally. It’s weird that he would do that since he is the VP of a company with 200 employees according to LinkedIn. These actions raise questions about the management and transparency of the company. In these instances you another issue people complain about: the warranties. Looks like they don’t honor that or settlements through courts. On top of that, the second person is saying that they didn’t pay sub-contractors. Which is precisely their model. They markup jobs, give to sub-contractors and that’s why Alex is doing everything. He manages the website, he does the advertising, responds to reviews (sometimes), answers the phone, and much, much more.

Here’s the interesting part… Jacob Cleary shows as an employee of Concrete Supply Company, publicly available, and he does sales for them. But he also is the marked owner of Concrete Driveway Co. It’s worth exploring any potential connections between Jacob Cleary and the company.
